Get your sync codes

Two codes from your own PlayStation sign-in. About two minutes on a computer: phones can't show cookies.

  1. Required

    The npsso code

    Reads your purchases, profile, trophies, games and consoles.

    1. Sign in at playstation.com.
    2. In the same browser, open ca.account.sony.com/api/v1/ssocookie.
    3. The page shows one line. Copy the 64 letters and digits after "npsso": (or the whole line) into the npsso box.
    Copy the highlighted part. It's a sign-in: don't share it anywhere else.

  2. Required

    The pdccws_p cookie

    Reads your receipts (money spent) and subscriptions. Sony only shows these to the website's own sign-in.

    1. Stay signed in on www.playstation.com and keep that tab open.
    2. Open the developer tools: F12 on Windows, ⌥⌘I on Mac. Safari: first turn on Settings → Advanced → Show features for web developers.
    3. Chrome or Edge: the Application tab. Firefox or Safari: the Storage tab.
    4. On the left, open Cookies → https://www.playstation.com.
    5. Find the row named pdccws_p and copy its Value (it starts with s%3A or s:) into the pdccws_p box.
    The highlighted row is the one to copy: click it, then copy the whole Value at the bottom.

  3. After syncing

    Sign out to cancel the codes

    These codes are sign-ins to your account. We use them once and never save them, but anyone holding them can act as you until they expire. Signing out of playstation.com cancels all of them. Never share them anywhere else.
